We're partnering with a globally recognised business undergoing significant growth within its international marketing function. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support paid media campaigns across the EMEA region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing, media buying, or agency-side campaign management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The Role

  • You'll support the execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive engagement and performance at scale.
  • The position combines campaign delivery, reporting, stakeholder management, and process improvement, with exposure to emerging AI-driven marketing tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across social, DSP, and job board platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable reporting insights.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Support multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and marketing efficiency through automation and AI tools.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs and timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within performance marketing, paid media, or digital campaign management.
  • Experience using platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or DSPs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence working with campaign data.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Background within a media agency or high-volume marketing environment is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation, or workflow optimisation would be advantageous.
