Our client, a global tech and eâcommerce leader, is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital demand generation and pipeline growth across Europe. This is a highâimpact maternity cover role where you'll step into a businessâcritical position driving dataâled campaigns, optimising the marketing funnel, and partnering closely with sales and crossâfunctional teams to accelerate revenue.

You'll be taking over a mature, dataâdriven operation with active campaigns, agency relationships, and established reporting rhythms. What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the strategy and execution of digital B2B campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly influence pipeline velocity and revenue performance across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing multiâchannel B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email, and thirdâparty partnerships.
- Owning pipeline metrics and revenue targets, working backwards from business goals to build dataâdriven marketing strategies.
- Optimising the full marketing funnel (MQL â SQL â SAL â Opportunity) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Managing a paid media agency, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to performance expectations.
- Delivering weekly and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, performance trends, and optimisation recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Analysing campaign and funnel data using Salesforce, Excel, and/or Tableau to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Collaborating crossâfunctionally with field marketing, events, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
Qualifications
We're looking for a senior B2B marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving pipeline growth.
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or pipeline marketing.
- Expertise in dataâdriven campaign execution across paid and owned channels.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and/or Tableau.

- Experience managing paid media agencies and significant digital budgets.
