About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to join a leading global supply chain and logistics business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead sales content strategy across a broad transportation and supply chain services portfolio.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own the development and delivery of high-impact sales enablement content that supports commercial growth and accelerates deal progression. You will ensure a consistent pipeline of customer-facing content aligned to buyer journeys, sales stages, and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of sales content programmes across logistics, transportation, and supply chain services.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Insights, and subject matter experts to develop compelling content that supports go-to-market initiatives.
- Create strategic sales assets including:
- Customer success stories and shipper proof points
- Competitive positioning materials
- Carrier acquisition narratives
- Objection-handling frameworks
- Solution and industry thought-leadership content
- Ensure content accurately reflects business value propositions and customer challenges.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and customer pain points to identify new content opportunities.
- Translate complex market data, freight trends, and supply chain insights into commercially compelling narratives.
- Support sales teams with content that influences buying decisions and improves sales effectiveness.
