Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a London-based boutique property advisory firm specialising in luxury and bespoke UK property solutions. The business is seeking a commercially driven and client-focused individual to support its continued growth. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in UK property, working closely with both domestic and international clients, premium residential developments, and high-value investment opportunities. The position involves developing strong client relationships, understanding buyer and tenant requirements, identifying suitable property opportunities, and supporting clients throughout the end-to-end sales and aftercare process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with buyers, tenants, and property investors
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable new-build, resale, and rental properties
- Present high-quality UK property opportunities, including premium developments and selected off-market options
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, consultations, and follow-up meetings
- Support clients through offers, negotiations, reservations, and transactions
- Provide ongoing after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify repeat business, referral, and partnership opportunities
- Stay informed on UK property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of client service
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client notes, and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in property, luxury sales, financial services, client relationship management, business development, or consultative sales is advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with clients and building trust quickly
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Genuine interest in the UK property market and London residential neighbourhoods
- Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred due to an international client base
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not essential
