This is an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin Speaking Finance Professional looking to broaden their exposure across both Finance and Treasury within a dynamic commodity and energy trading environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Trading, Operations, Banks, Auditors and external advisors, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis, board reports and ad-hoc management information.
  • Assist with the preparation of IFRS reporting packages and UK/Germany statutory accounts.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into business performance.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for VAT returns and corporate tax filings.
  • Work closely with external tax advisors on tax compliance and advisory matters.
