My client, a well-established international organisation within the energy sector, is currently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their London-based team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of HR operations across the UK business, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

Salary: 40000-50000

Work style: Office based

Language required: Fluent Mandarin

Location: London

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies
  • Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration and insurance processes
  • Assisting with visa, relocation and onboarding logistics for new joiners
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and reporting
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and operational support
  • Supporting HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirement:

  • 3–5 years’ HR experience
  • Good understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience across generalist HR functions
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Fluent English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
