My client, a well-established international organisation within the energy sector, is currently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their London-based team.
In this role, you will support the delivery of HR operations across the UK business, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.
Salary: 40000-50000
Work style: Office based
Language required: Fluent Mandarin
Location: London
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies
- Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration and insurance processes
- Assisting with visa, relocation and onboarding logistics for new joiners
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and reporting
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and operational support
- Supporting HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirement:
- 3–5 years’ HR experience
- Good understanding of UK employment law
- Experience across generalist HR functions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Fluent English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
