Office Experience Specialist
Location: London – Liverpool Street
On‑site presence around 60% of the week, especially Tuesday–Thursday
£18.00 per hour
Working hours: 9.00 – 17.30 / Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an Office Experience Specialist to be the heartbeat of our client’s office, someone who brings warmth, calm, and common sense to everything they do.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, guests, and clients, helping create an office that feels organised, friendly, and well run.
- You’ll handle the day‑to‑day essentials, spot problems before they become problems, and jump in wherever needed.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming, hospitality‑style experience for everyone who walks through the door
- Managing reception, visitors, access control, and building relationships with landlords and vendors
- Keeping the office tidy, stocked, safe, and running smoothly
- Supporting new starters with onboarding alongside HR, IT, and hiring managers
- Coordinating vendors (cleaning, IT, catering, maintenance) and resolving issues quickly
- Ordering supplies, processing invoices, and keeping an eye on budgets
- Helping with office events, meetings, and catering
- Responding to requests and tickets with urgency, care, and follow‑through
- Being resourceful; if you don’t know the answer, you’ll find it
