Destination Manager to take ownership of its Middle East & Africa portfolio, with a primary focus on

Dubai and Cape Town

. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine account management, destination strategy, data analysis, supplier partnerships, and commercial growth in a highly visible role.

You’ll be responsible for the overall health, quality, and competitiveness of your destinations, identifying product gaps, driving performance improvements, and ensuring customers have access to the very best travel experiences available.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of key destinations across the Middle East & Africa region, working closely with suppliers, operators, attractions, and internal stakeholders to optimise performance and drive growth.

You’ll use data, market insight, and commercial judgement to identify opportunities, improve destination coverage, and influence business outcomes.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing relationships with key supplier and operator partners.
  • Monitoring destination performance and using data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Identifying product gaps and bringing new products and experiences onto the platform.
  • Working with suppliers to improve product quality, pricing, availability, and conversion.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and supporting long‑term partnership growth.
  • Creating destination plans aligned with commercial objectives and performance targets.
  • Collaborating across internal teams to improve marketplace performance.
  • Using reporting and analytics to make informed, commercially sound decisions.
  • Leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and drive better outcomes.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Marketplace Management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or a portfolio of business relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritise opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics tools would be beneficial.

Knowledge of the Dubai, Middle East, African, or wider travel market would also be advantageous.
