We are looking for a Customer Campaign Specialist to drive the execution of targeted marketing initiatives that support vehicle sales performance across the UK. This position is highly delivery-focused, requiring close collaboration with internal departments, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure campaigns are effectively launched and optimised. Salary: Competitive, circa’ 40-50K (with room for negotiation) – depending heavily on experience, current salary and interview performance + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and activate targeted marketing initiatives across Private and Motability segments, including promotional offers and time-sensitive campaigns
- Oversee deployment of campaigns across online platforms, CRM systems, and physical retail locations
- Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders including internal teams, marketing agencies, finance providers, and dealer partners
- Take full ownership of campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and briefing through to launch and post-campaign review
- Measure and communicate campaign effectiveness through regular reporting cycles
- Continuously refine campaign activity by identifying areas for improvement and implementing structured optimisation methods
- Keep up to date with competitor positioning and wider market developments to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with teams responsible for pricing, finance products, and sales forecasting to ensure alignment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years’ background in marketing delivery, go-to-market execution, or campaign management roles
- Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Good knowledge of consumer finance within a retail environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights
- Advanced Excel capability, including use of pivot tables, lookups, and data interrogation techniques
- Confident in building clear and engaging presentations using PowerPoint for senior audiences
- Experience working with reporting tools or dashboards, with Power BI exposure seen as advantageous
- Comfortable translating data into clear recommendations for action
- Previous exposure to automotive, retail, or agency settings is desirable
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a results-focused environment
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
