About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing international FMCG brand and lead digital strategy across the UK and European markets. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role, combining strategic leadership with execution across performance marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and eCommerce. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing strategy, managing budgets, driving growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Define channel mix across paid media, social, influencer, CRM, and eCommerce
    • Identify new growth opportunities across UK and European markets
  • Campaign Management & Performance
    • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns
    • Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion, engagement)
    • Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights
  • Budget & Commercial Management
    • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across channels and markets
    • Ensure strong ROI and alignment with commercial targets
    • Deliver performance reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing
    • Own social media strategy across key platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Lead influencer and creator partnerships from strategy to execution
    • Drive brand engagement and audience growth
  • eCommerce & CRM
    • Support D2C and eCommerce growth through targeted campaigns
    • Oversee CRM strategies including email, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation
    • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
    • Lead and develop the digital marketing team
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
    • Ensure consistent delivery across multiple markets
  • Innovation & Market Trends
    • Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, and AI marketing tools
    • Implement new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness

Skills & Experience Required

Essential Requirements

  • ~6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with team management exposure
  • ~Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable ROI
  • ~Strong experience across paid media, social, influencer marketing, and eCommerce
  • ~Experience working across international or multi-market campaigns
  • ~Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • ~Mandarin or Cantonese language skills (strongly preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or fast-paced industries
  • Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (e.g. WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
  • Additional European language skills (German, French, Dutch, or Polish)
  • Experience in D2C or performance-led growth marketing
