This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Automotive Sales Support, fleet administration, dealer coordination, leasing, or sales operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment. I’m currently working with a fast-growing automotive business in London that is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to support its expanding UK dealer network and sales operations team. You will be joining one of the fastest growing automotive export businesses in the world at a key moment in the transformation of the sector. This is a very exciting role in which you will work for this passenger car business which has experienced stunning growth in the last 2 years.
Location: Fully on site
Salary: up to £45,000 + monthly incentive up to £900 + Bonus

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting dealer and sales operations across the UK market
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Managing CRM updates, pricing and campaign administration
- Coordinating with internal teams, dealers and customers
- Supporting fleet and Motability operations
- Assisting with marketing events and POS coordination
Responsibility:
- Around 2+ years’ experience within automotive, leasing or fleet operations
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills and able to work across multiple teams
- Experience supporting dealer networks or sales teams would be highly beneficial
