We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Fleet Sales Manager to join a successful and growing dealership operation during a strong and expanding fleet market. As Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing local business relationships, identifying new fleet opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with both new and existing customers to provide tailored vehicle and mobility solutions that meet their business needs.
Key responsibilities for a Fleet Sales Manager- Build strong relationships with business customers, identifying and understanding their requirements.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market activity.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and vehicle solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations aligned to customer needs.
- Negotiate vehicle and finance packages in line with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure consistent follow-up activity.
- Monitor performance against sales and retention objectives, reviewing progress with senior management.
- Experienced in developing sales pipelines and generating new business opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales, fleet sales, or business development role
