About the Roles:

You will play a key role in leading and delivering audit assignments across a wide range of sectors. From managing client relationships and risk assessments to coaching junior staff and ensuring top-quality reporting, your impact will be felt at every stage of the audit lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff
  • Deliver high-quality audits in compliance with ISAs and company policies
  • Build strong client relationships and identify value-added service opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an audit-focused role within practice (UK-based experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of working with SMEs
  • Strong understanding of audit and financial reporting standards (FRS/IFRS)
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder
  • Proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with audit software such as CaseWare and CCH (beneficial but not essential)
  • Must be based in Liverpool/Bolton/Manchester
