This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support professional who enjoys hands‑on technical support and wants to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. My client is a rapidly growing automotive business and looking for an IT Infrastructure Associator to join their UK team. The successful candidate will provide support across both the UK head office and nationwide dealer network, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure.

Working Style: Fully on site

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to office users and dealer network partners
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and meeting room equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and licensing within Microsoft 365
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access management
  • Support dealer‑facing systems, remote users and business‑critical applications
  • Assist with network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches and routers
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on infrastructure and system‑related issues
  • Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation and support procedures
  • Support IT security, compliance and user access reviews
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing and IT improvement projects

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support or End User Support
  • Strong hands‑on experience supporting PCs, laptops and peripheral devices
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi‑Fi and network devices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical users
  • Well organised, proactive and customer‑focused approach

Highly Desirable

  • Experience supporting multi‑site organisations, retail operations or dealer networks
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP or Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar business applications
  • CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL certifications
