A fast-growing Interior Design company which specialises in high-end furniture design is looking for a talented and driven Interior Designer to join their team. If you can combine creative ideas with strong sales skills to deliver exceptional client experiences, you will be the right person for this role.

Location: Greenwich, London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (plus commission & bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects, providing design expertise and sales support.
  • Develop FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) concepts, including mood boards, material selections, and 2D/3D renderings tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee project progress and ensure design integrity.
  • Communicate fluently in Mandarin to support our growing client base.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (essential).
  • A strong eye for design - ability to create functional, stylish spaces that meet client briefs.
  • Sales-driven mindset - you enjoy negotiating, closing deals, and maximising profitability.
  • Experience in FF&E, space planning, or interior styling is a plus but not essential.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
