Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager
- Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, and performance matters.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and ongoing employee development.
- Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and business improvement initiatives.
- Support the effective management and compliance of company-wide operational responsibilities alongside the HR function.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
