If you’re a confident designer with a keen eye for detail, experience in retail or e-commerce, and an interest in building creative processes from the ground up, this could be the ideal role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring Ideas to Life: You’ll create eye-catching visuals for everything from social campaigns and email marketing to in-store displays and web assets, no two days will look the same.
- Own the Brand Look and Feel: You’ll help define how the brand shows up to customers, developing style guides, templates and reusable assets that bring consistency (and creativity) to every touchpoint.
- Be the Creative Anchor: Working closely with the marketing team and agency partners, you’ll turn briefs into bold, effective designs that capture attention and drive results.
- Help Build Something New: This is a hands-on role in every sense. You’ll help shape internal processes, set up design systems, and even play a part in preparing the team to roll out self-service tools like Canva and Figma in 2025.
- Juggle Projects Like a Pro: From fast-turnaround promotions to big-picture seasonal campaigns, you’ll manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, delivering high-quality work at pace.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in marketing or advertising
- Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience designing for marketing platforms such as websites, social media, and in-store signage
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
