This is a wonderful opportunity for a German Media Sales Executive to join a fast-growth documentary & film business that specialises in producing corporate advertising films and videos. It’s a very creative and fast-paced work environment and the company is the winner of many awards.

This role is a sales position - partly new business development and partly existing client management with upselling.

LOCATION: London (City)

Work style: This is an office-based role

Salary: £40,000- £45,000 p/a -+ double OTE (expected earnings in year one will be £90k) + generous holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays + additional closure over Christmas)

The company: Creative media agency that specialises in creating ad films and videos. You will join an international team in which you will nurture an existing client base and look to develop and expand those relationships. The company prioritises the development of genuine partnerships with their clients, helping them to drive important messaging and creating engaging and attractive short films, documentaries and videos that embody important messages in a way that emotionally resonates with an audience.

Essential requirements: German to native standard, previous media sales experience. A passion for film would be helpful!

DUTIES:

  • The in-house junior lead generators will have already got new clients through the door. Your job is to embed the client and grow revenues via upselling.
  • You will manage between 20-30 clients.
  • Relationship Management of a portfolio of clients based in the DACH Region.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to execute a unified vision for each project.
  • Courtesy call clients and introduce yourself.
  • Take a deep dive into your clients' organisations.
  • Liaise with the creative teams and film-makers to ensure that the message that the clients want to communicate is reflected in the final video or film.
  • Liaise with various departments to make sure the finished product meets expectations.
  • Pitch fresh ideas, ask for referrals from a satisfied client.
  • You will need to work to sales revenue generation targets.

  • Fluent German.
  • Happy to be 100% office based.
