Summary of role:
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in preparing/renewing FI clients’ limits and facilities for HO/local credit committee approval.
- Initiate risk ratings for new clients and monitor lending/post-loan processes.
- Support Head Office with ad hoc MI requests and policy/internal control reviews.
- Take meeting minutes and provide regular/ad hoc management information.
- Manage conduct risk and controls, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s risk framework.
- Prepare client onboarding packages and gather KYC documents (IDs, beneficial ownership, etc.).
- Resolve transaction/payment issues by liaising with Operations and Compliance teams.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in Corporate (Investment) Banking.
- Strong statistic and computer literacy skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills etc. are essential.
- Degree educated (finance degree ideally).
- Knowledge of UK regulatory environment, Wolfsburg Questionnaires, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and KYC policies is preferred.
