This SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST role is based in ELLESMERE PORT and the company is a global food and ingredients business. You will be given full training in this position and there are opportunities to grow in the role and in the business. The team is small and friendly too! Job Summary:

Busy, busy, busy role! You will be working in the shipping team based in the Warehouse office in Ellesmere Port. This part of the business looks after delivery of goods to supermarkets, hotels and restaurant clients all over the world. In this role you will do the order processing, chase up deliveries with the warehouse, deal with customer issues over the phone and via email and generally give a first class customer service to customers who have purchased cooking ingredients. The role is fast-paced and rewarding and you will be given full training.

  • Forecasting demand

  • Identifying trends and inefficiencies
  • Managing KPIs
  • Performing root-cause analysis
  • Using Power BI, Tableau, SQL or advanced Excel
  • Working on S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
  • Inventory optimisation
  • Supplier performance analysis
