About the Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Digital Media Strategist & Planner to join a fast-paced, collaborative in-house team delivering cross-channel campaigns across the UK and wider EU markets. This role sits at the heart of media strategy, campaign planning, and digital innovation. You will be working on both digital media operations and full-funnel media planning, supporting integrated campaigns that span multiple locales and platforms - always with the end customer in mind.
What You Will Be Doing
- Split across two exciting workstreams:
- Digital Media Strategy & Operations
- Support delivery of digital media frameworks and campaign strategies
- Guide digital acceleration projects, working across both 1P and 3P digital campaigns
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies
- Drive innovation across key digital platforms and technologies
- Full-Funnel Media Planning
- Build effective, data-driven media plans across digital and offline channels
- Work closely with media planners, campaign leads, and agency teams
- Support cross-channel, cross-country campaign planning for key launches
What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Prior media planning and strategy experience (either agency or in-house)
- Strong background working on retail or brand advertising campaigns
- Experience managing global or multi-market digital campaigns
- Deep knowledge of 1P and 3P digital media strategies
- Advanced understanding of media platforms, targeting, and digital capabilities
- Confidence working with budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer-led creative campaigns
- Understanding of creative development processes
- Familiarity with advertising operations tools and techniques
- Hands-on media agency or internal agency background
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
