We're looking for a proactive Back Office Support Specialist to support customers, resolve enquiries and complaints, and work across multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries through CRM systems.
Take ownership of customer complaints from start to resolution.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Process returns, credits and free-of-charge orders.
Coordinate customer and material master data updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
What We're Looking For Strong customer service experience.
SAP knowledge and understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Experience in manufacturing or customer experience environments is advantageous.
Additional language skills, particularly French, are desirable.
