Our client is seeking a CSR & Community Engagement Assistant to help shape and deliver meaningful initiatives that make a difference across the UK. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of corporate responsibility, community partnerships, and social innovation, supporting impactful projects that promote environmental awareness, education, and community wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with local charities, social enterprises, and industry partners to create long-term value for society.
DUTIES
- Support the development and execution of CSR and community engagement strategies across UK markets.
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with charities, non-profits, and community groups.
- Research emerging social and environmental trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Help plan and deliver community events, volunteering initiatives, and sustainability campaigns.
- Track programme impact, manage budgets, and prepare progress reports and presentations.
- Promote CSR activities through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Sociology, Public Policy, Social Work, International Relations, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR, nonprofit project management, social innovation, or community engagement.
- A strong understanding of the UK’s social and environmental landscape and charitable sector.
- Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- A proactive team player with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for social good.
