Part-Time Payroll Specialist (16 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid or remote, with travel to the London office once a month

Salary: £35,000 (pro‑rated to part‑time hours)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for our client based in Central London. This is a part‑time position working 16 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organised, and confident in managing both weekly and monthly payroll cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage and resolve payroll queries from employees
  • Calculate and track holiday entitlement
  • Handle pension queries and ensure contributions are processed correctly
