The OpportunityAs Vendor Manager for Physical Music (Vinyl & CD) across Italy and Spain, you will own strategic vendor relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with label relations teams to launch artist-focused initiatives that excite fans and elevate the customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing and growing physical music vendor accounts across Italy and Spain
- Driving profitable revenue growth through strategic planning and negotiation
- Partnering with label relations teams to launch artist campaigns and fan-engagement initiatives
- Using data to influence decisions, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities
- Collaborating with EU Music Vendor Managers to share learnings and scale mechanisms
- Owning business analysis, forecasting, and P&L management
Essential:
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in vendor management, account management, buying, or program/project management
- Ability to use data to influence decisions
- Experience driving cross-team collaboration
- Business analysis and P&L management experience
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Experience within a large-scale global retailer
- Background in the music industry
