We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international education agency for a Physics / Engineering Academic Lead to join a high-performing academic team in London. This role is ideal for an Oxford or Cambridge graduate with a passion for teaching, academic leadership, and mentoring high-achieving students applying to Oxbridge, Ivy League, or other competitive universities.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver rigorous, student-centred teaching in Physics and/or Engineering
- Provide expert guidance on university applications, admissions tests, and interviews
- Mentor high-achieving students throughout their academic journey
- Lead and support subject tutors, fostering excellence and collaboration
- Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment programmes, and teaching resources
- Engage with students, parents, and academic events, webinars, and outreach
What We’re Looking For
- Oxford or Cambridge graduate (essential)
- Minimum 500 hours of teaching experience with high-achieving students
- Proven track record supporting Oxbridge, Ivy League, or competitive applications
