My client are recruiting two Mandarin–English bilingual Property Consultants (one focused on Lettings, one on Sales) to join an established UK property investment and management company. This is a client-facing, target-driven role combining property sales, client servicing, negotiations, and administrative coordination. You will be responsible for generating revenue through property lettings and/or sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring compliance throughout the transaction process.

About the Role
You will work with a highly professional, experienced team, and receive structured onboarding and training, making this role suitable for both experienced consultants and motivated candidates with relevant transferable experience. The position offers strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities (Training period and support provided)
- Client Acquisition & Lead Development
- Expand and develop client channels and identify potential tenants and buyers
- Proactively follow up with enquiries to maximise conversion rates
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and arrange property viewings
- Deliver professional, standardised viewing presentations highlighting key property features
- Gather and submit viewing feedback
- Submit offers and negotiate terms with landlords or vendors
- Obtain landlord approval and manage offer confirmations
- Negotiate lease renewals (commission applicable for sales involvement)
- Collect and manage tenant/client information accurately
- Process holding deposits and issue confirmations
- Coordinate contract signing processes (sales roles may handle certain stages directly)
- Send move in confirmation communications and track pre move in requirements
- Follow up on rent, deposits, and move in fund receipts
- Maintain ongoing relationships with tenants and clients
- Support tenant groups in collaboration with customer service teams
- Deliver a professional, service-oriented experience throughout the customer journey
Skills & Experience Required
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence managing client enquiries, viewings, and negotiations
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in contracts, documentation, and funds handling
- Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working under pressure, especially during peak seasons
- Proficient in basic office systems (Excel, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
- College diploma or above
Preferred Experience
- Background in property lettings, property sales, customer service, or overseas study services
- Familiarity with the UK rental process (viewing → offer → holding deposit → contract → move-in)
- Existing client networks or experience expanding acquisition channels is an advantage
- Strong service mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
