Role Overview: The Mandarin Speaking Brand Marketing Growth Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth within the real estate and property advisory sector. This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across both UK and Chinese digital platforms, supporting brand positioning and business expansion. The role combines brand strategy, growth marketing, digital campaign execution, and Chinese social media operations, including Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Official Accounts. It is well suited to a commercially minded marketing professional with strong execution capability and cross-market experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute brand and growth marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all online and offline channels
- Support long-term brand development across UK and international markets
- Campaign & Growth Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing and growth campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition, brand engagement, and lead generation initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis and market insights
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media, content, paid advertising, and email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights
- Optimise marketing activity and ROI using data-driven decision making
- Chinese Social Media Operations (Xiaohongshu & WeChat)
- Manage and operate Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Official Accounts, including content planning, posting, and optimisation
- Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand tone and target audience
- Plan and create engaging posts, articles, visuals, and campaign content tailored to Chinese platforms
- Monitor engagement, follower growth, and content performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Track trends and user behaviour on Chinese social platforms to inform content and campaign planning
- Market Research & Collaboration
- Conduct market and competitor research across UK and Chinese digital markets
- Work closely with internal sales, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth
- Coordinate with external agencies, KOLs, media partners, and suppliers where required
Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Advantageous Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Official Accounts
- Strong understanding of Chinese digital marketing ecosystems and user behaviour
- Experience in property, real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or professional services industries
- Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
