The Project
You will be part of a global research initiative focused on gathering detailed insights from executives within small to medium‑sized US enterprises. The study explores business sentiment and perspectives on the current economic climate. You’ll be provided with targeted contact lists, though in some cases you may need to identify the correct decision‑maker within an organisation. Interviews are structured, combining both quantitative and qualitative questions, and require initiative and a thoughtful, engaging approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone outreach to targeted US business respondents and convert calls into full interviews
- Guide respondents through structured quantitative and qualitative interview questions
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and call outcomes

Requirements
