My client is an independent digital marketing agency specialising in the luxury sector. Founded in 2012, they partner with some of the world’s most aspirational brands, helping them understand and connect with the modern luxury consumer. It’s an ideal home for someone who values precision, collaboration, and delivering high-standard work across multiple teams and disciplines.
The Role: As a French Speaking Marketing Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of projects and resourcing across the Reporting and Customer Insights workstreams, while also supporting Creative Communications projects when required (e.g., social content, activation presentations). You will work closely with the Data Director and their team, with guidance from the Associate Director of Project Management. The environment is fast-moving and varied, ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and adapting to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, traffic, and prioritise daily workflow across Insights, Reporting, and Creative projects.
- Forecast resourcing needs based on deadlines, skillsets, and team capacity.
- Ensure work flows efficiently, with WIPs scheduled and risks escalated early.
- Liaise with multiple client and supplier contacts each day (typically 4+ across projects).
- Maintain smooth delivery through clear communication and expectation management.
Delivery & Quality Control:
- Review, proof-read, and send deliverables to clients with high accuracy.
- Manage feedback cycles and ensure updates are delivered quickly and correctly.
Project Administration:
- Maintain internal and client PM systems with real-time updates.
- Set up job numbers and tasks in Harvest; ensure accurate team timesheets.
- Keep project folders and documentation organised and up to date.
- Support weekly timesheet reconciliation and prepare initial monthly reconciliation sheets.
Team Support:
- Work closely with the Data Director, AD of Operations, and wider team.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as desk research, proofing, and presentation support.
- Contribute to a “roll up your sleeves” culture - no task too big or too small.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in project or traffic management, ideally within an agency, creative, insights, or research environment.
- Confident handling multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across both data-driven projects and creative communications tasks.
- Business-proficient French (written & spoken) OR native French with excellent English.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
- Financially literate and confident handling cost-related admin.
- Competent across Microsoft Suite and Google equivalents.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in high-quality work.
