We’re recruiting a Business Development Specialist (Business‑Level Italian Speaker) to join a fast‑growing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You’ll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making high‑volume outbound sales calls in Italian to engage potential business clients
- Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
- Feeding back on what resonates with Italian‑speaking markets to shape sales strategy
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records in Salesforce
- Contributing creative ideas to improve sales initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- Business‑level fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or a similar role
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong time‑management skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
