You will be working for a leading provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals with UK, European, and global presence. They are looking to hire a Visa Consultant to join their teams in the London offices. TITLE Arabic Speaking Visa Services Consultant
Start: ASAP
Location: Central London
Work style: office based
Salary: to £30,000 + bens
Working hours: 8 hour schedule between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm (Flexible start and end of the day ) )
The Company
Our client is a leading provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals with UK, European, and global presence. They are looking to hire a Visa Consultant to join their teams in the London offices. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and some administrative experience. Candidates with a background in hospitality, retail, and similar sectors are welcome to apply. You will need to be able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
Duties
- Entering data onto consulate electronic forms
- Maintaining accurate database records
- Cross checking completed workloads to ensure the data record is accurate
- Updating clients via email, phone, or face to face meetings
- Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Managing electronic filing systems and scanning of files.
Requirements
- Previous Visa processing and administration experience (Essential)
- Fluent English
- Fluency in Arabic to native standard (Essential)
- Flexibility to travel to other offices when required (within London)
- Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable)
