We're partnering with a leading global advertising organisation on an exciting new opportunity that puts you right at the heart of programmatic excellence. You'll be joining a true industry powerhouse as a Programmatic Account Manager, working directly with agency trading teams to help them scale and elevate their use of a major enterprise DSP.

You'll act as a trusted specialist to agency partners, ensuring flawless activation, optimisation, and troubleshooting while driving adoption of best‐in‐class programmatic practices.
What You'll Be Doing- End‐to‐end campaign activation: setup, QA, optimisation, troubleshooting, and month‐end reconciliation
- Identifying strategic and tactical optimisation opportunities to improve performance and increase campaign scale
- Executing and monitoring testing plans, applying learnings to improve outcomes
- Partnering with agency trading desks to deliver insights, recommendations, and performance narratives
- Supporting the development and rollout of activation processes, playbooks, and quality mechanisms
- Acting as a DSP subject‐matter expert, championing platform capabilities and ensuring alignment with agency workflows
- Experience in agency programmatic activation, trading desk operations, or hands‐on DSP campaign management
- Strong technical understanding of DSPs, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimisation, attribution, viewability, pixel/tag management, and auction mechanics
- Experience with enterprise DSPs (experience with this DSP is a strong advantage)
- A data‐driven mindset, able to translate performance signals into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and upskill agency traders
