This is a lovely Management Accountant role within the beauty and skincare business. It’s an unusual role as you will be working closely with the FD and getting genuine hands-on exposure across the management accounts, month-end, P L and inventory side of an FMCG business. The company is not looking for somebody who already knows absolutely everything — they want somebody part-qualified who has some good accounting foundations and wants to develop. They'll also train you around areas such as stock accounting where needed. And because it's beauty and skincare, you're working with physical consumer products that are being sold through retailers, internationally and online, so the finance work is very connected to what's actually happening commercially in the business.
