The role is based in the Mansfield office and is part of an experienced marketing team that delivers high‑quality campaigns across all ABL regional services, supporting referral and attendance targets.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging content for multiple social‑media channels, managing paid digital media and email nurture campaigns to drive referrals, and developing website and app content in collaboration with regional teams, web specialists and software developers.

  • Produce end‑to‑end social‑media content (video, photos, written copy and scheduling) and manage publication schedules.
  • Visit local areas where ABL services are delivered to capture video and photo content.
  • Manage email campaigns to drive referrals and enhance B2B relationships.
  • Support lead‑generation activity through paid media, creative optimisation and audience targeting.
  • Create a regular newsletter for the local service to showcase work and achievements.
  • Develop new website content and landing‑page optimisation, coordinating requirements with regional teams and developers.
  • Compile and analyse marketing performance reports, using insights to optimise campaigns and marketing efforts.
  • Co‑create tailored marketing plans with regional stakeholders to meet local service targets.
  • Act as an embedded business partner, collaborating closely with the Nottinghamshire regional operations and engagement teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Hands‑on experience creating, filming, editing and publishing video content (or experience managing paid‑media campaign platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn).
  • Strong content creation and video skills, including filming and editing of staff and service‑user stories.
  • Experience planning, producing, scheduling and engaging audiences across multiple social‑media profiles.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for copy, video and imagery creation is advantageous.
  • Data‑driven marketing mindset – ability to review analytics, derive insights and inform content and media planning.
  • Healthcare‑marketing experience or exposure to emotive storytelling with direct interaction with service users is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in an office and building relationships with regional stakeholders; willing to travel across Nottinghamshire (own car required, mileage reimbursed).
  • Technical proficiency with filming and photography equipment, video‑editing software, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Active interest in AI and how it can produce content for marketing.

Location & Salary: Mansfield office – Nottinghamshire. Base salary £27,000. No sponsorship available for this role.
