Job Description:
Are you a reliable and safety-focused driver with a G Class license? Our client is looking for a Driver to join their team in Hamilton! You’ll be responsible for safely delivering products to customers in and around the area, helping us maintain the high level of service we’re known for.
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Location: Hamilton, ON
Wage: $21.30/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive company vehicles to deliver electrical products within the local branch territory
- Load and unload goods carefully and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop
- Follow delivery instructions and ensure deliveries are signed for accurately
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any concerns
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch about delivery updates or issues
- Support company safety and quality standards
What You Bring:
- A valid G Class driver’s license
- A clear driver’s abstract
- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
- Knowledge of road safety rules and comfort driving in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with the Hamilton area and surrounding regions
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
