About the role

As Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of our Production Workshop in Hook. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑quality working environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity and team performance
• Lead by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Support, guide, and develop your team to achieve excellence
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
• Ensure the workshop remains well‑organised, compliant, and customer‑focused

Skills and experience required

• 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
• Proven people management and leadership skills
• Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
• A customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
