As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
Responsibilities of a Workshop Manager will include:
- Driving productivity and team performance
- Leading by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
- Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Supporting, guiding, and developing your team to achieve excellence
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
- Ensuring the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused
Skills and experience required as a Workshop Manager:
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards. You’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
- A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
