About the Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the Gillingham Production Workshop. You will oversee the team, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. You’ll make sure that company policies and processes are followed, maintaining consistent standards across all workshop operations while fostering a safe and positive working environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving team productivity and achieving workshop performance targets
- Leading by example to uphold the highest safety and quality standards
- Managing daily workshop operations, workflow, and team performance
- Acting as the main point of communication with the Production Director
- Maintaining an organised, compliant, and efficient workshop environment
- Developing and coaching your team to reach their full potential
Skills & Experience
We’re seeking a confident, results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive repair industry. You will bring:
- 5+ years of bodyshop or automotive experience
- Proven people management and leadership skills
