As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of our Production Workshop. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑quality working environment.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager will include:
- Driving productivity and team performance
- Leading by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
- Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Supporting, guiding, and developing your team to achieve excellence
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
- Ensuring the workshop remains well‑organised, compliant, and customer‑focused
Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager:

- 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
