The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Security Officer needed to cover a variety of duties:

  • Mobile alarm response
  • Mobile patrols
  • Control
  • Static guarding

Based from our Bristol Office to cover the surrounding area.

About you

To be successful in this role you will hold a valid SIA Licence and have a proficient level of English both written and spoken. You will also need to be customer focused with the ability to remain calm in emergencies and when dealing with customers. The ability to work in a team is also essential, along with the ability to work unsupervised. Additionally, you will have a competent level of IT skills.

Duties

This role will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:

  • Site visits/patrolling/lock ups and unlocking for client's premises
  • Taking and responding to Alarm call outs and completing relevant documentation
  • Working as part of the monitoring and response team
  • Assisting customers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking book on/off's
  • Dealing with emails and scheduling duties

Requirements

  • Computer Literate
  • SIA Licence
  • Full Manual Driving Licence
  • Minimum age 25 (for insurance purposes)
  • Must be prepared to work weekends
  • A fast-paced working environment so must be able to remain calm under pressure

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience of working as a Duty Controller and a Mobile Response Security Officer is preferable
  • Timegate experience required
  • Must be flexible with working hours - days, evenings & weekends
