Role Details
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a passion for emergency and critical care to join our dedicated night team in Abingdon, South Oxfordshire. If you thrive when the cases get more interesting and enjoy working when the sun goes down, this could be the role for you.
As part of our out-of-hours service, you will provide gold-standard emergency and critical care for our own clients as well as a number of local practices. You will be confident in working independently while collaborating closely with our skilled veterinary surgeons. This is a busy, varied role where no two nights are the same, giving you the opportunity to utilise and develop your nursing skills to their fullest.
Work Schedule
This is a full‑time, night shift position of 46.5 hours per week, working 5 nights on followed by 5 nights off.
- Monday to Thursday: 6:45 PM – 7:45 AM
- Friday: 6:45 PM – 8:00 AM
- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM – 7:45 AM
