About The Role
The Intelligence Analyst will support the delivery and development of Abion’s Intelligence practice within the Brand Protection division. This role primarily involves conducting common law searches, and related research. The role is well suited to a highly detail-oriented and analytical researcher with an interest in intellectual property, and technology-enabled intelligence work. As the Intelligence function continues to evolve, the successful candidate will also work alongside emerging AI-assisted research tools and contribute to improving research methodologies and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in the research and collection of information from online, open-source, and human sources
- To assist in trade mark related assignments, namely brand clearance/common law searches
- To provide general administrative duties as required, including setting-up new clients and matters, billing, and maintaining records
- To foster effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, agents, and authorities
- To keep abreast of change and industry developments, with a primary focus on advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies, using innovative tools and solutions to enhance intelligence gathering and service delivery.
- Assist in providing any other brand protection services as required.
