We are looking for a Client Success Manager with focus on Domains Delivery. Candidates should be based in London or Madrid and be able to work from one of our offices there while collaborating with colleagues across our international team.

As a Client Success Manager in Abion, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our domain clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions while achieving their business goals. You will collaborate closely with our sales, tech, and other delivery teams to provide a seamless client experience and drive product adoption.

About the Role

As part of the Abion Client Success Team, you will collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term loyalty by understanding each client's unique needs and ensuring they achieve their business goals. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for solving problems and creating value for clients.

For this role, you will primarily support our English- and Spanish-speaking clients within domain management, so business-level fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Experience with domain administration or domain management is a strong advantage, as you will help clients get the most out of our domain-related services.
