About the Role

As part of the Abion team, you’ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments through:
  • Maintaining WebTMS records database
  • Entering deadlines onto WebTMS database
  • Reviewing IPO online mailbox
  • Reviewing and distributing post
  • Preparing standard letters and forms
  • Office administration
  • Adhoc office duties

What We're Looking For

We believe that you have studied law and bring a basic understanding of legal practices. You might have some experience from a similar role or other administrative roles. As a person, you are organised with the ability to help structure work processes when needed. You collaborate well with other people and still have the ability to work independently completing your own tasks. Most importantly you have good attention to detail, making sure your work is accurate and according to high standards.
