We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse eager to advance their career by joining our highly skilled and supportive team at our Moulton and Abington sites. This role involves working within our surgical referral team, collaborating closely with our first opinion and medical referral teams. We welcome individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care and who thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Our team lies at the core of our operations, which is why we prioritise the importance of work-life balance to ensure our team members can perform at their best. This role ideally requires full-time commitment, spanning 40 hours weekly across 5 days, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and 1:8 Saturday mornings. There are no out of hours or on bank holidays. Part-time applicants are welcome to apply. Salary up to Β£32,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Theatre work
- Anaesthesia
- X-ray/CT imaging
- Assisting surgery (e.g., hip replacement)
- Nurse consultations
- Inpatient care

This position is based in our well-equipped, modern Referral Hospital with fantastic facilities, in-house laboratory with dedicated lab technician, CT, MRI, and a dedicated medical service to support the surgical department. This position has the opportunity for career progression including becoming a Clinical Coach. We provide a great CPD budget, in-house progression plan and support with post-graduate studies.
