The Legal Team provides legal advice, litigation support, training, and broader legal services across the organisation’s regulatory functions. As a Lawyer within the team, you will deliver high-quality, timely, and pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of areas. While the role covers general advisory work, there will be a particular focus on commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in managing legal risk and enabling informed, confident decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, pragmatic, and solution-focused legal advice across operational, policy, and governance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding
- Advise on procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance on data protection, privacy, and information governance
- Support on public law, administrative, and regulatory matters
