Role Purpose
The Regulatory Insights Analyst is responsible for analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify, assess and monitor risks across the regulated profession. Using tools such as Power BI, SQL and other analytical software, the postholder will develop dashboards, reports and written analysis that provide colleagues and senior leaders with timely insight into emerging risks, trends and organisational performance.
The role also supports the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), key outcome indicators (KOIs) and management information, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that supports effective, risk based regulation.

- Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience of collecting, analysing and presenting complex information to a range of audiences.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Power BI, SQL and other data analysis or modelling tools.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and produce meaningful conclusions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
