Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estates and Facilities Manager located in Abingdon-On-Thames. The Estates and Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and smooth operation of all school facilities. Daily tasks include managing a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, coordinating with external contractors, and planning and executing improvement projects. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management on the condition and management of estate facilities.
