Abingdon Carousel Family Centre is a welcoming, vibrant, and much-loved community hub at the heart of South Abingdon. We provide free, inclusive services to families with children aged 0–5, supporting their development through play, learning, and community connection.
We are looking for a passionate, driven Centre Manager to lead our dedicated team, ensuring the smooth operation and continued growth of our charity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations and finances, working with Trustees on budgets and fundraising.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement policies, ensuring compliance with charity and safeguarding laws.
- Build strong partnerships with local organisations to enhance our services.
- Oversee marketing and business development to expand our reach.
